Don’t fret because this condition can be prevented. Regular exfoliation of the skin is a great way to start. Make sure that you take a break from wearing tight-fitted clothing and change to loose cotton clothing. You can put powder or antiperspirants on your back to help keep it dry. Help avoid bacterial growth by observing proper hygiene. Showering after a sweaty activity and changing your shirt when it is soaked can deter bacterial growth.
