I’m sure this post will be deleted, but I wanted to write and express my disappointment in this company. I purchased the 30 day trial, which cost $25.90. Little did I know that I was also purchasing a club membership that would charge $45 on my credit card in the months to follow.
I read over my emails confirming purchase…none of them mentioned I had also purchased something else.
I went back to the web site and checked the page where I added the product to my “cart.” There was no mention of future charges until a few pages into the order process in very tiny letters.
This is deceptive. If anyone who works for Proactiv is reading this, I hoe you will make changes to your site to be more up front about the Club.

Hello Judi, its very much surprising to know that a big company is doing such tactics and trying to make money by charging their credit cards for unknown transactions and we dont delete any real user feedback comments because these help out new buyers. Hope you get back your money though.
