Normal Acne : What Makes It Different From Other Types of Acne

Many people think that when you have acne, whatever type it may be, it is never normal. You will be surprised to know that there is one type of acne that is normal, it is commonly referred to as Normal Acne. This type of acne can affect not only the face, but unfortunately it can also affect your chest and back.

Normal Acne takes on the appearance of raised bumps but the types that do not contain pus as there is no infection and inflammation yet. These are just blocked comedones that have no other way out but outside the skin. The good news with Normal Acne is that it is non-inflammatory. You do not have the danger of infection and irritation with this type of acne if treated and maintained properly. However, as normal as it may be, if you keep on picking at it especially with fingers that have been everywhere, it will become infected.

Normal AcneThe normal type of acne is easily treatable with conventional acne products. There is no need for antibiotics. Even money-saving measures such as cleansing, toning, and moisturizing would help clear the acne away. When you cleanse, you help unclog the dirt and oil that has been lodged inside your pores. Make sure you use cleansers that are non-irritating; they may very well be the reason why your acne has evolved to more severe types. Cleanse gently, there is no need to injure your skin and introduce bacteria in it.

Toning will help minimize your pores. When you don’t have large open pores, there is a lesser chance that it will be clogged by dirt and grime. It is the clogging of the pores that contribute greatly to acne formation. By minimizing your pores, you have less to worry about.

Moisturizing is a good way to end the regimen. Cleansers and toners can take away some of the needed oil in your skin. Moisturizers will help keep the oil in tact. Skin that is too dry can cause cracking and cracks can harbor microorganisms that can lead to more severe types of acne. Remember that if you have a non-inflammatory type of acne, do not worsen the condition by buying specified medications other than conventional acne products. You already have a simple and treatable condition at hand, you don’t need to blow it up to more severe conditions.
