A balanced diet is then only complete when it is accompanied by proper exercises. In yoga also they have laid stress in different weight loss exercises but among all, breathing exercises are practiced widely by many for weight reduction. Yoga do not lay too much strain on someone, rather they make someone feel relaxed and comfortable. Unlike the other different weight loss exercises yoga does not show any immediate effect, rather it takes time to see the changes in someone. Almost in every yoga exercise most parts of our body are involved starting from the abdomen to spine, to chest to limbs. There are many postures to perform in yoga but specifically those which stimulate the endocrine glands in our body are extremely beneficial for weight reduction. These endocrine glands are stimulated from the thyroid that we have in our neck to the sex glands that we have in the pelvic region. These help in digestion by stretching the abdominal muscle. It also helps in removing the lethargy and fatigue in our body.
Certain rules to follow while performing yoga
Since yoga is a very simple procedure and does not involve any physical pain so it is required to perform these different weight loss exercises either by sitting or by lying onto the floor, especially for breathing exercises. While starting yoga it is required for the person to feel comfortable and for new yoga starters it is advised to perform all the different weight loss exercises for a short span of time in a day and increase acoordingly.
